Terms of Service

Using Make My Ledger
By creating an account or signing in you agree to these terms. Make My Ledger helps you run a repair or used-phone shop. You must be able to enter into a contract and you must give correct information.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, your password and the people you add as staff. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
Your data and your customers' data
The records you enter belong to you. You must have the right to record them, including your customers' details, photos and ID documents, and you must follow the laws that apply to your business, including record-keeping rules for used-phone trade.
Free trial and plans
New shops get a free trial. When the trial or a paid period ends, the app becomes read-only until the plan is renewed; your data is not deleted because of that.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the app for anything illegal or to record stolen property.
- Do not try to break, overload or gain access to parts of the app that are not yours.
- Do not share a login between different shops.
Reports and estimates
Profit and dues figures are based on what you enter. They are a business aid, not an accounts, tax or legal statement.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the app available but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
Ending your account
You can stop using the app at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
